Can I change my virtual assistant?
Absolutely. Just email us at support@justgotfixed.com, we will pair you with a better fit.
Where will my virtual assistants be located?
Your dedicated virtual assistants will be located in the Philippines (overseas) or depending upon your preference. Either way, they will be working in your preferred time zone. If you prefer someone in the US, you need to pay a premium.
Can I track the hours my virtual assistant spend?
We have an excellent time tracking software, you can monitor even a minute your dedicated virtual assistant spend. Also, you will be provided an account manager who will also monitor and update the status for you.
How are payments processed?
We process all payments via Paypal or credit/debit card and all plans are pre-paid.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. If your needs change, you can scale your packages up or down anytime. Just email us at support@justgotfixed.com.
Can I share my virtual assistant with other team members?
Yes, your virtual assistant can also support other members of your team without any increased rates. The hours used for each team member will go towards the plan you purchased.
Is it more affordable to hire a VA over an in-office employee?
This isn’t an “apples-to-apples” comparison. The reason is, when you are evaluating hiring someone in-office and onsite, you are typically only factoring in the hourly wage. You must also include the cost of office equipment, office space, office supplies, benefits (insurance, retirement), perks, workman’s compensation insurance, employment taxes (FICA), and the additional investment of time and money during the hiring and training process. These expenses are all eliminated when you hire us for your Virtual Assist needs. Keep in mind: when you hire us, we don’t cost you a single penny in overhead.
What is your refund policy?
We allocate resources for the set hours. It works the same as in-house employees. Whether you give him work or not, he will still get paid until you let him go because he allocates time for you. The system will refund the remaining weeks’ money from the time you informed us to cancel your subscriptions automatically in 4-5 business days.
